Grow your own ornamental flowering ginger plants
from these funky little root systems known as Rhizomes.

about rhizomes

Curcuma Gingers don't enjoy the cold, so each winter their foliage dies and their pots appear empty.

Until we start digging around in their rich soil to uncover a thriving cluster of rhizomes which are kind of like a flower bulb or edible ginger root.

We clean most of the soil off & put them into storage until it's warm enough to plant the next season.

Some of our rhizomes are generations old and have been carefully selected to provide us outstanding flowering gingers which we are now offering to other plant lovers who are looking for something a little different.
