  Happy New Year to all!
We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and festive season. Now that summer is finally here our plants are just loving it!

Everything grows much quicker now so there will be heaps of new plant lines coming through.
We are starting into the New Year with a lot of gingers – from now on there will be more gingers coming up every week and they really look stunning!

This month all the alismatifolia types are already available and so are Voodoo Magics and Rubys. If you didn’t get any yet just let us know and we will fax you our current availability list. Also our display plants in 250mm and 300mm pots are available now.
Flowering gingers are very popular and always a nice gift for a special person. Their flowers last for several weeks and some of them are ideal as cut flowers. Most alismatifolia types should be grown in full sun while the other varieties require shaded positions. They are deciduous throughout winter. They produce flowers from about December to May each year.

They require a sunny position if planted in your garden. Their flowers are long lasting and also ideal as cut flowers.
